In the fourth session of this online seminar series, we are delighted to welcome Fahrana Sultana (Syracuse University) as our speaker. We will be discussing her paper “The Unbearable Heaviness Of Climate Coloniality” (2022), in which she addresses the interdependence of colonialism, imperialism and capitalism in the production of uneven and inequitable impacts of climate change and the resulting vulnerabilities of differently-located people.
